By ordering from Magicfeet, you agree to abide by the terms & conditions of this site. Magicfeet reserves the right to cancel any order placed on this website without the need to give an explanation or reason should they wish to do so.

Stock Availability

All the goods you see on our website are offered subject to availability. The images are as accurate as possible so you know that the item that you see is the item that you WILL receive. Our stock levels are upto date and available unless stated at the time of ordering.

Billing Of Credit Cards

The Magicfeet checkout system utilises a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) so that your Credit Cards details are encrypted. You can confirm this by looking in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser when entering the checkout process, there you will see the image of a Padlock.

When is your Credit Card Billed?

We only remove payment from your Credit card when your order is shipped, if there are any problems with funds being taken from your card then we will contact you via e-mail.

Changing Your Order

Once you have placed your order you may wish to change the order or cancel it altogether.
You can do this by emailing us at sales@magicfeet.co.uk with your amendments.
You need to do this quickly as otherwise your order may have shipped before we receive your new instructions.
