- Footwear = £5 / pair
- Clothing = £2 / item
- Accessories = £2 / item

The overall shipping cost for your order will be calculated on the 'shipping' page of the checkout.

Shipping Methods

We use a mixture of the royal mail and Citylink couriers to ship our products.
Your order should arrive with you promptly, if there are any problems we will contact you.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE IS SOMEBODY AVAILABLE AT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL,  AS ALL PARCELS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE - RE-ATTEMPTS ARE CHARGABLE THEREFORE WHERE  APPLICABLE WE RECOMMEND AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS SUCH AS A WORK ADDRESS.

Faulty Goods Return

If you beleive that you have received a product that is faulty then we ask that you return the product to us in order that we can test it. It would be helpful to magicfeet if you could include a note explaining the fault in detail and a copy of your order.
If your item is found to be faulty we will ship you a replacement or give you a refund including the cost of posting the item back to us.

If the product is found not to be faulty it is likely that you have purchased an incorrect product. In this case we would treat the return as a non faulty goods return as described below.

Non-Faulty Goods Returns

If you decide within 7 days of receipt of a product that you do not want to keep them then they can be returned to us for a refund.
When the product is received we will check it to make sure that it is in good condition. If this is the case then we will refund your card.

You may want to have a returned product replaced with an alternative product. If so, then include a note with your return advising us of this, the replacement item will be sent out to you at our standard postage cost.

How To Return Your Items To Us

It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods actually get back to us so we suggest that you use the signed recorded 2nd class mail service. If you use a more expensive service and we are re-imbursing the postage cost we will not re-imburse more than the recorded 2nd class mail cost.

If the goods are not faulty the cost of returning them is your responsibility
